Blueberry Lemon Oatmeal Breakfast Bake

rolled oats

milk

cup
blueberries
fresh or frozen doesn't matter

eggs
1/4
cup
honey
can substitute other sweetener

ea
zest from 1 lemon
3
tsp
lemon juice

tsp
vanilla extract
1
tsp
baking powder
1
pinch
salt
2
teabags
lavender tea
(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375
heat but don't boil milk
steep teabags in milk for 5 minutes
mix all ingredients together except blueberries
fold in blueberries (this is so you don't smash them)
pour mixture into greased baking dish (8x8 or 9x9)
bake for 35-40 minutes until set in center of oven
let cool for 10 minutes, serve and enjoy
Notes
Great when served with greek yogurt or cottage cheese.
